While our support office is closed, here are some of the most frequently asked questions regarding new and current reservations.

Can we still make a reservation?

Yes. reservations are currently open up to October 2021.

I have a reservation that I can not attend or the venue is closed due to force majeure. What are my options?

As per our terms and conditions, any payments towards VIP booths or entrance tickets are non refundable.

However you will be allowed to transfer your booking to any other date up to October 2021.

You do not need to let us know now. All details are kept on file. The cut off date of date for transfers is 1st September 2021. To transfer your booking please click HERE.

You may pass the booking to someone else and change the name on your reservation free of charge.

If you have a remaining balance, you may cancel your booking. You will not be liable to pay the remaining balance.

I don't want to visit on another date, what are my options?

If you choose not to visit on another date, you may cancel your booking.

You may also pass your booking to another person.

Are my payments refundable?

Unfortunately Oceans Beach Club does not offer refunds on reservations or tickets.

We suggest contacting your travel insurance provider for details on their policy. Oceans Beach Club can provide proof of payment receipts to anyone claiming from their travel insurance.  

I do not have travel insurance?

Unfortunately Oceans Beach Club can not be held liable if you do not have travel insurance. 

Why are my emails taking so long for someone to respond?

Due to our offices being closed, we currently do not have available staff to answer your enquires in an appropriate manner.

Some of our support staff will be working from home out of good will to provide support as much as possible and we thank you for being patient during this time.
